Smiths W10 British Military Watch

Smiths, and specifically this era piece, is considered “The Last Watch in England”. With no service history, the manual wind movement is smooth and running well for this era movement with a 261 amplitude and 40 second  pace (appropriate for this movement and era but your mileage may vary.)

HIGHLIGHTS

What we dig:

• A military style that completes a casual fit

• Jumbo 35mm case as typically this field style comes in 33mm

What you should know:

• Hands are probably relumed as color is different but illumination is consistent and possibly original

• Fixed lugs only allow for NATO style straps

• Some corrosion on chapter ring but doesn’t affect movement

• No box or papers
