did youOur love for Dehen runs back almost a decade and living in SoCal means we don't always get to enjoy all the amazingness that are the waxed and wool pieces Dehen has to offer.

Returning for pre-order for fall 2026 the waxed flight vest is available in a limited 24 piece offering. Meaning we are only able to build roughly 24 pieces for this next pre-order due to fabric availability. Once we hit the 24 piece order quantity the pre-order will be closed. 

The Flight Vest was introduced for Winter '25 as a colab piece between our two brands to highlight the unique and versatile style that is true to the roots of Dehen's DNA and to ours as well. Over the years since the intro the flight vest has been a personal go to in my wearing rotation during all the seasons of the year.

A vest is a great piece to layer up any look and building a waxed and lined version kicks up the versatility. First rule when talking to Dehen about the flight vest was, "does it come in black?" and to our surprise, it didn't!

The Flight Vest has been a perfect opportunity to work on a cobranded piece exclusive for ButterScotch. Featuring all of our favorite things like waxed canvas outer shell, diamond quilt lining, beefy ribbed collar, heavy duty 2-way zips and of course it now comes in black.

SIZING

The Flight Vest Runs true to size with some room so it can be layered over top of bulkier layers. Tommy 6' / 185lbs / 41" Chest wears a medium

This round of production is limited to only 24 units due to fabric availability.

Production time is roughly 3 months lead time. We expect these to deliver early 2027.
